How HawkEye™ Works

Complete our standard job description form on our website to provide us with the requirements of the position including title, qualifications, experience, compensation, relocation, etc. You can request a broad nationwide search or restrict the search to a specific geographic area.

Once we receive the assignment, we carefully review the specific requirements for the position, and if there are any questions we call for clarification.

Next, using Internet job boards and our proprietary in-house database as a resource, we review and screen literally thousands of resumes to match qualifications and experience with your job requirements*. Finally we short-list those considered an excellent match and begin emailing you qualified resumes within 2 business days.  We continue the search process for four weeks (20 business days) and a typical assignment will yield 12-15 qualified canditates.

QuickScreen Pre-Screening Service

As a value-added, time-saving option, we also offer QuickScreen to conduct pre-screening by telephone or email to confirm qualifications, experience and obtain answers to specific preliminary questions such as:

  • Is the candidate interested in the job?
  • When will the candidate be available?
  • Is the compensation acceptable to the candidate?
  • Is the candidate willing to relocate to the required location?

We use a questionnaire designed by you or our standard questionnaire. The answers are organized and submitted to you in a standard, easy-to-use format.
