PRIVACY POLICY

Buonicore Partners, Inc. ("Buonicore Partners") is committed to respecting your privacy. Please read this policy to understand how your personal information will be treated. This policy describes the ways that personally identifiable and anonymous information about our publication subscribers, online product users, and event registrants is collected, how that information might be shared, and how someone can request changes to the way their personal information is used or shared. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically. This policy will let you know the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from me?
  2. What are cookies and clear gifs and how they are used by Buonicore Partners?
  3. How is my information used?
  4. Who is collecting my information?
  5. With whom will my information be shared?
  6. How can I access, update or delete my information?
  7. What else should I know about my privacy?
  8. Other legal notices.

1. What personally identifiable information is collected from me?

On some Buonicore Partners Web pages you can make requests and/or receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages, if you choose to provide it to us, are your name, e-mail address and standard contact information, including addresses and phone numbers. We may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with the products and services we provide and contact preferences. Wherever Buonicore Partners collects personal information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page. Buonicore Partners is not responsible for the information you volunteer about yourself in discussions in our blogs, forums or other publicly accessible interactions, or the information that you choose to make public in any self-generated member profile.

2. What are cookies and clear gifs and how are they used by Buonicore Partners?

Buonicore Partners and our third party advertising partners may place Internet cookies on your hard drive. Internet cookies are small files that may be placed on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are used to (a) remind us of who you are in order to deliver you better service; (b) estimate our audience size by determining repeat usage of the Web site to help target content based on user interests and behavior; (c) track your progress and entries in promotions, sweepstakes and contests, if any; and (d) measure certain traffic patterns for use as a research tool to understand how our users’ habits are similar or different from one another. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. By not accepting cookies, some Web pages may not display properly or you may not be permitted to access certain information.
Buonicore Partners may also collect IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous. We analyze this data for certain trends in statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. In general, we do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you.
We may employ, and our third party advertising partners may employ, a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Pixel Tags/Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly in HTML content and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you would like to opt-out of these emails, please see
"How do I access, update or delete my information?" below. If you wish, you may disable clear gifs by setting your browser and e-mail software to omit images and disable Javascript.

3. How is my information used?

The information you provide will be used to support your user relationship with Buonicore Partners. Your information may be shared with agents, contractors, business partners, and other individuals or businesses with which we may have a commercial relationship.

Accordingly, we may send you direct mailings or contact you by telephone about our various products and services or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply opt out by contacting
. We may also use your contact information to ask for your input to help in our research about our services, events, or products or to provide you with additional information about this site and about other Buonicore Partners products, services, or events that we think might be of interest to you. We also reserve the right to access and disclose personally identifiable information as we deem necessary to protect the website, the content of the website, or at the request of law enforcement personnel or agencies. If Buonicore Partners or a Buonicore Partners Web site goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of assets resulting in a change of control of the Web site, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via notice on our Web site of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

7. How do I access, update or delete my information?

You can request the individual information that Buonicore Partners has collected about you, correct factual inaccuracies in your information, remove personal information from Buonicore Partners’ databases, opt out of receiving information in the future and/or update your personal information by contacting
